Shipping Policy

All Trak Racer orders are shipped by the fastest and safest method. Please allow between 5-10 business days for delivery. Shipping charges will vary depending on the size of your order and your shipping destination. Please advise your phone number at checkout so we can get in touch with you if there is any problem.
Please make sure someone will be available to receive your order, otherwise, your package may be diverted to your local post office or to your local shipping depot. We recommend all deliveries are sent to a business address to avoid any re-delivery charges.
Trak Racer will ship to confirmed addresses only.
If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be offered via the same means as your original payment.
Order Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) - where an item is out of stock, we will endeavour to provide an approximate ETA. ETA's should be used as a guide only, as it is an estimate and this timeline can be impacted by unforeseen factors due to the nature of international supply chains. We will advise if there are significant changes to any previous stated ETA and work with you accordingly.
The buyer is responsible for any destination import tax/charges (if applicable).

Return Policy:

At Trak Racer, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of the original delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

Products must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Products that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Custom or special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process:

To return merchandise simply complete the Return Authorisation form available by first emailing support@trakracer.com.au along with a detailed explanation of the problem and photos/videos if you think this will help us understand the problem. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your purchase.

TR160 Racing Simulator MK3 Overview

The TR160 is stronger than most! The walls of the 160x40mm aluminum extrusion used for the TR160 are thicker than other brands on the market; making the TR160 a more rigid option that you won't need to upgrade again. In addition to the upgraded aluminum profile, we use strengthened steel plates for all mounts and attachments including heavy duty 160x40mm Corner Brackets to make the TR160 truly a tank among it's competition.

Standard inclusions with the TR160 are the Oversized Seat Mounting Brackets, Seat Rails, Sim Levelling Feet with Steel Brackets, Universal Gear Shift Mount, Red Profile Strips, Cable Clips, Branded Shifter Mount Connector Plate and more.

The TR160 has been designed with all the experience gained since Trak Racer started in 2008. Trak Racer’s TR160 has infinite adjustment and has the most expandable and rigid components in the business. The strength of the TR160 will ensure no flex is experienced and no loss of force feedback, even with the strongest servos on the market.

The base structure is a 160mm × 40mm high-end aluminum T-slot extruded profile, anodized in black with oversized structure for added strength. Special anodized black 90-degree brackets connect the frame and laser cut carbon steel plates allow you to attach your peripherals. The TR160 is direct drive & belt drive wheel ready and is pre-drilled for all popular steering wheels, pedals and shifters on the market. It also comes with your option of 2 strengthened wheel mounts for no-flex racing. The TR160 has several add-on options including an integrated monitor stand (for 1-4 Monitors) and button box mount.
